The room selection consists of 10 event spaces with room sizes between 25 sqm and 221 sqm, which, depending on the room and seating arrangement, offer sufficient space for events with up to 180 guests. Event hosts may choose between the exclusive Kepler Business Suite on the 12^th floor, the private boardroom, and eight function rooms featuring mobile partitioning walls, making them easily configurable. All event spaces offer plenty of natural light and modern equipment, as well as being fully air-conditioned. On the mezzanine floor, a spacious foyer and an event terrace are located, both available as a break zone or for various activities such as team-building exercises. Corporate celebrations, such as Christmas parties, can be held at the in-house restaurant.

Half-day and full-day conference packages ensure that seminar attendees are well catered for. Depending on the chosen package, one or two coffee breaks with snacks, beverages during the event, a business lunch, and treats from the candy bar are included. To best meet the needs of your event, these can be extended by booking additional packages and upgrades as needed.

When it comes to recreational activities, you can rest assured that there will never be a dull moment at the ARCOTEL Nike. If desired, a varied supporting programme for your event can be made to measure by cooperating with regional partner companies. Some of the most popular activities include the Alpine Olympics, various creative workshops, soapbox construction and derby, GPS geocaching, as well as excursions such as Segway tours through Linz or guided tours of the Ars Electronica Center.
