Located barely 20 minutes from Vienna’s city centre yet embedded in the countryside and surrounded by lush greenery — the Europahaus Wien is a modern conference facility that offers all the amenities required to make any event a resounding success. Nestled amid six hectares of parkland lie three different venues: the modern conference and training centre, the baroque Miller-Aichholz palace, and the romantic Mediterranean orangery. Spread across these three buildings is a total of 15 function rooms, which differ in styling and size. With floor spaces ranging from 27 sqm to 225 sqm, events with 12 to 300 guests can be accommodated. A bistro, which provides guests with culinary delights, and the conference hotel Europahaus, which offers comfortable and convenient accommodation directly at the venue, are also located on the premises.

Whether it be a small-scale corporate meeting, a training course, or an anniversary celebration — the diverse function rooms allow for a wide variety of event formats to be staged at the Europahaus Wien:

The conference and training centre offers the ideal spaces for conferences, seminars or meetings. It houses a spacious conference room with a size of 225 sqm and room for up to 300 people, four seminar rooms ranging from 50 sqm to 120 sqm, and a 190 sqm assembly hall, which can be made available for exhibitions or as a break zone. All event spaces are equipped with air conditioning and state-of-the-art conference technology and feature direct access to the surrounding park, allowing for relaxing seminar breaks in the tranquillity of the countryside.

The baroque Miller-Aichholz palace offers historical ambience and views of the lush green palace gardens, making it an exceptional backdrop for elegant events. Event hosts can choose between two ballrooms, a hall, and five rooms with floor spaces ranging between 27 sqm and 84 sqm. Steeped in history, these rooms provide a glamorous setting for truly enchanting events.

The Mediterranean Orangery, offering sheer limitless possibilities in terms of styling, exudes just as much flair. The 180 sqm function room is flooded with daylight and just as suitable for productive seminars as it is as a backdrop for dinner events. Up to 120 people will find plenty of space for productive work sessions or extensive celebrations.

In addition to its unique event rooms, the Europahaus conference centre further offers on-site accommodation and premium catering: Refreshments, snacks, and meals during seminar times can be chosen from various board packages or requested individually. Outside of the event, guests can enjoy culinary delights, a café bar, and a cosy outside dining area at the Europahaus bistro. In case of a multi-day event or for those travelling a long way, the conference hotel Europahaus offers modern rooms and suites, providing comfortable accommodation directly at the venue.
