With room sizes ranging between 12 sqm and 325 sqm, the event spaces can accommodate between eight and 240 guests, depending on the seating arrangement. An abundance of natural light, direct access to the garden or a terrace, and modern air-conditioning with CO₂ monitoring create a pleasant working environment. State-of-the-art technology and presentation equipment — including several Weframe One devices that allow for interactive work sessions and hybrid meetings — deliver a conference experience that keeps pace with the times.

At the Retter Bio-Natur-Resort, there is also plenty of room for celebrations, parties, and dinner events. Closed parties with up to 40 guests can experience fine dining in the two à la carte restaurants Muskat and Lorbeer. Culinary events with up to 95 people are best held at the hotel restaurants Apfel and Quitte, which feature a panoramic terrace. Larger-scale dinner events can be staged in the elegant Feng Shui domed rooms, which are located in the event zone and have the benefit of a dedicated bar in the adjacent foyer.
