Schloss Esterházy & Orangerie

At the heart of Eisenstadt, surrounded by the castle quarters and the palace gardens, lies one of Austria’s most beautiful baroque palaces: the Esterhazy Palace. The century-old walls are home to a total of 11 historic event spaces, which provide an extravagant setting for events of all kinds with 10 to 650 attendees. The palace itself houses seven function rooms, including impressive ballrooms and opulent state rooms located in the southern wing, which can be booked individually or as a combination of rooms. The palace’s centrepiece is the Haydnsaal ballroom, which regularly serves as a stage for world-class concerts. An additional four event spaces are located in the historic Orangerie glasshouse in the palace gardens, which offers a unique backdrop for elegant events. Besides the function rooms, the Esterhazy Palace further boasts a tasteful portico ideally suited for receptions, a palace balcony attached to the state rooms, and extensive palace gardens. High-quality catering and technical equipment are provided as part of the comprehensive full-day seminar package. Apart from ensuring a successful event, the venue’s focus is on sustainability: Esterhazy Palace has been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel, certifying it as a sustainable venue.
