The castle’s carefully renovated historic walls house five function rooms, which are flooded with natural light and equipped with modern conference technology. The event zone’s centrepiece is the splendid ballroom Festsaal, which can accommodate up to 400 guests. In addition to the function rooms, three extraordinary event settings are available: the baroque castle chapel, the traditional tea house, and the open-air stage embedded in the idyllic castle grounds.

At Schloss Thalheim, guests are treated to top-class culinary offerings:  Part of the conference package are vitality snacks, which feature homemade treats and are served during morning and afternoon breaks, as well as a 3-course lunch or dinner menu. The restaurant and café Am Schlossgarten spoils guests with regional delicacies, Mediterranean specialities, and homemade pastries. French cuisine can be enjoyed at the restaurant Im Schlossgewölbe, which features a rustic wine cellar and a cosy lounge with an open fireplace. Traditional tea ceremonies are held at the elegant tea house, which is also located on the grounds.

The castle’s hotel houses luxurious rooms which are steeped in history while offering modern comforts, allowing guests to unwind after a long day. In the spirit of Living à la Provence, all rooms are fitted with antique-style furnishings and exquisite fabrics.
